Position: CNC Operator
Compensation: Based on experience.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Signature Woodworking is looking for a CNC Operator to run and maintain our CNC equipment in a fast-paced commercial millwork shop.
The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC machinery in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load materials and monitor machine performance.
- Read and follow cut files, labels, and production documents.
- Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and basic maintenance.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with machining and production teams to maintain workflow.
Qualifications:
- CNC experience required.
- Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or panel processing preferred.
- Ability to lift materials and work in a shop environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
Preferred Experience:
- Biesse CNC experience is a plus.
- Cabinet Vision or similar software experience is helpful but not required.
